We at Cal Coast encourage an active, healthy lifestyle and we aim to incorporate physical activity into our clients daily lives. But we also want our clients to be cautious of over-doing it. Here are a few signs that you may be over training:
- Excessive muscle fatigue
- Chronic muscle aches or joint pain
- Loss of appetite
- More frequent illness and upper respiratory infections
It is always important to listen to your body and when in doubt consult a physician.
