Get outside for some fresh air and sun! Go for a run or walk. Take a bike ride or go skate somewhere in the park. Good weather is a good excuse to ditch the gym and do something active outside! Some people who suffer from depression or mood swings can benefit from exposure to sun..” Grab a buddy and go get active!
