Today’s post will be short and to the point! If you are looking for something quick and easy and gets your heart pumping, try a hill workout. Find a hill, long or short, and do quick sprint intervals: Run up and walk down.. try this 5-8 times. For runners, to increase your speed run up AND run down. Don’t over do it though; keep your form and run tall!
