Strength, Conditioning, Speed, and Agility for Athletes

Every Sunday in Lake Forest we offer an athlete strength and plyometric class to enhance the performance of athletes for all ages and genders. Weight work and plyos are taught at a high intensity level with professionals and ex- high school and college athletes that know the steps that need to be taken to achieve max performance. We can also come to your school or practice anywhere and do plyo and agility work with
your teams!

Bridal Bootcamp

Pilates

One on one instruction, or group instruction with certified pilates trainer. This program will take you thru the steps of basic to advanced pilates to fit your goals and fitness quest. It will tone, and lengthen your body from head to toe. We can come in home, in office, or wherever you like!

Surf Coaching

My surf training program is designed for intermediate to advanced surfers that want improve their competitive edge. The program will teach you core surf techniques on a personal level, help you better your wave selection, learn the right body positioning in order to pull off a maneuver, and expand your knowledge of surfing from a Pro’s point of view. Being on the pro level means your performance and mind set have to be higher performance level in order to obtain your goal in any event. 2 hours of personal surf training covers proper stretching, wave assessment, heat practice, and one-on-one coaching. Student is responsible for bringing all personal surf gear to each lesson.

Surf & Core Strength

2 hours of surf training +1 hour dry land core/strength training. Options : can book surf and core on separate days or together
