Looking to add something new to your workout? Try a medicine ball! You can use it for push ups, arm out squats, and abs! For example, when using for push ups: go to push up stance, put the ball under one hand and do a push up. Then roll to the other side and use the other hand on top, do a push up. Keep going.. this is a great challenging push up workout! For arms squats: hold ball out in front of you, now squat. Make sure you are standing tall and shoulder blades back. This is great toning for arms and shoulders and legs! Finally, abs: hold ball at chest and do crunches. Or you can find a buddy, lock legs/feet, and toss to each other while doing a sit up. These are just a few examples of how great a medicine ball can be when added to a workout!
