Just Jump!

What can you buy for under $20 that will burn just as many calories as running 8 miles? A jump rope! You bet! It does put stress on the knees, feet, and ankles, but if you do it correctly, it is less stress on them than running. Switch up your rythym by marching for some reps or only jumping on one foot.  Make sure you jump on a good surface… places like grass or carpet can make you catch your feet or twist an ankle. Make sure you still wear proper athletic shoes too!
