Just for the Kayak of it!

Don’t laugh, but that’s one of us at the bottom! We stick to training.. not photography! Wanna be adventurous, but not get too wet? Try kayaking! Its a great upper body workout. If you really focus on your posture and keeping your shoulder blades back and chest up, you can really work your delts, shoulders, and back. For a more advanced kayak workout, don’t lean back… stay upright the whole time.  Enjoy!
