Hurry up and get to the beach for one last workout before summer ends! A few ideas for a sand workout could be: wind sprints between fire pits or lifeguard stands, lunges, a walk in dry sand, beach volleyball, sand soccer, slow jog! The weather is great here in Cali and you should enjoy it! Just remember to wear sunscreen and drink plenty of water.
