Did you know that you should spend at least 3 minutes brushing your teeth at least 2 times a day, and use floss at least 1 time a day? Make sure you keep your teeth healthy too! They are an important part to your body. Doing the above will help with tooth decay, bad breath, and gum disease. Also remember, smile…. it really means a lot to someone. Show off those whites! Make someone’s day!
